01 · Why weekly beats daily

Daily is noise. Weekly is signal.

LLMs don't change their answers every day. They change when training refreshes (every 1–2 weeks for the frontier models) or when a new third-party citation gets indexed. Anyone selling you daily LLM citation monitoring is selling you the same answer reshuffled — billed five extra times. We run weekly because that's the cadence where every shift is real. The capacity we save goes into depth, not pinging.

  • 01 · Signal-to-noise

LLM citations move every 1–2 weeks, not every hour.

Frontier models reindex on a rolling weekly cycle. Daily probes give you 5 copies of yesterday's answer. Weekly catches the actual movement.

  • 02 · Operator rhythm

MarTech teams ship Monday, review Friday.

Weekly cadence drops a fresh diff in your inbox before Monday standup — the same rhythm SEO, paid, and content reviews already run on. No new ritual to invent.

  • 03 · Depth over frequency

Same spend, 5× the analysis depth.

Multi-turn drift checks, claim firewall, narrative synthesis, and ship-list recommendations — the capacity that would've burned on daily noise goes into thinking, not pinging.

02 · Funnel-based tracking

Visibility is a vanity number. Funnel-stage visibility is the one that closes deals.

Every buyer prompt the engines see lands at a specific stage of the journey — discovery, comparison, evaluation, transactional, navigational. A brand that's cited in discovery prompts but absent in evaluation prompts is leaking buyers at the moment they actually choose. Operator surfaces this breakdown per brand; Scale adds competitor funnel comparison so you see which stages your portfolio wins and which your competitors own.

  • 01 · Discovery

    Who solves this problem?

Buyers learning the category exists. Brand awareness probes.

  • 02 · Comparison

    X vs Y vs Z?

    Shortlist construction. The vs-page battleground.

  • 03 · Evaluation

    Is X reliable for ___?

The trust gate. Where social proof + citations decide.

  • 04 · Transactional

    Pricing, plans, buy?

Purchase-ready signal. High intent, low volume.

  • 05 · Navigational

    Direct brand lookup

Brand search reality check. Are you ownable in your name?

03 · Common questions

The honest answers before you commit.

Why weekly and not daily?
Because daily on LLM citations is mostly noise. Frontier models refresh their training and retrieval indexes every 1–2 weeks — daily polling gives you five copies of yesterday's answer. Weekly is the cadence where every shift is real signal. If your release rhythm genuinely needs daily monitoring (product launches, regulated industries), that's what Enterprise is for.
What is funnel-based tracking and which tiers get it?
Every buyer prompt has an intent — discovery, comparison, evaluation, transactional, or navigational. Funnel-based tracking groups your visibility by intent so you can see exactly where in the buyer journey you're winning vs leaking. Starter gets stage tags on every prompt. Operator surfaces the full funnel-stage breakdown per brand. Scale adds competitor funnel comparison — which stages your portfolio owns vs which your competitors own. Enterprise gets custom funnel mapping tuned to your ICP's actual stages, not the generic five.
What does an audit actually do?
An audit is a buyer-shaped prompt fired across every engine you've enabled. Each engine returns its answer + citations. We resolve every citation through a claim firewall (no hallucinated URLs), score visibility / share-of-voice / sentiment / rank, classify the prompt by funnel stage, run multi-turn drift checks where the cohort supports it, and synthesize a ship-list of moves. Friday's email is the narrative of what changed this week.
How many prompts do I actually get?
Free is one audit of 2 buyer prompts per (email, domain) per 30 days. Starter is 50 prompts / week on your one brand. Operator is 200 prompts / brand / week across 3 brands. Scale is 500 prompts / brand / week across 10 brands. The classifier ensures coverage across all five funnel stages so you're never blind to one — even at Starter you get ~10 prompts per stage per week.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the operator console; you keep access through the end of the billing cycle. No retention clauses, no annual lock-in (unless you chose the annual plan for the 2-months-free discount).
Why is Scale so much more expensive?
Scale gives you 10 brands instead of 3, adds Google AI Overview capture (the browser-rendered carousel competitors are blind to), adds public API + webhooks + PAT tokens, and adds priority queue + 99.9% SLA. If you're monitoring one brand, Operator is the right tier — Scale only earns its price when you have a portfolio.
What happens if I add more brands than my tier allows?
The operator console blocks the add and tells you the tier ceiling. Upgrades are immediate and self-service — you only pay the prorated delta. Downgrades take effect at the next cycle so your scheduled audits keep running through the end of the month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Upgrading is immediate — pay the prorated delta and the new tier's brand count + cohort + features unlock instantly. Downgrading takes effect at the next cycle. Both are self-service from the operator console.

Answer layer

Questions worth answering plainly.

01

How does the LLM Tracker pricing work for different team sizes?

**Plans scale from a basic Starter tier to a high-volume Scale tier based on brand count and prompt volume.**

The Starter plan supports one brand and 50 prompts per week. The Operator plan, recommended for most teams, covers three brands with 200 prompts each. The Scale plan extends this to 10 brands and 500 prompts per brand, including advanced reporting.

02

Are there any hidden costs or overage fees for prompt audits?

**All plans use bounded budgets to ensure no surprise overages occur.**

Server-side budget checks run before every probe kickoff. This ensures that every audit remains within the allocated limit of the chosen tier, eliminating unexpected costs.

03

Which AI models are included in the Operator plan?

**The Operator plan expands coverage to include Claude and Perplexity alongside ChatGPT and Gemini.**

While the Starter plan focuses on ChatGPT and Gemini, the Operator plan adds visibility for Claude and Perplexity, along with drift checks and automated alerts.
