Martech LLC is a closed-beta product. This page explains, plainly, what we collect, why we collect it, and what we deliberately do not collect. If anything here is unclear, the founder is a DM away.
What we don't load
We load no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scriptson any page. No Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel. No Mixpanel. No Segment. No session replay tools. No chat-widget heat-mappers. Lighthouse's “Third-party code” metric stays at 0 ms.
What we do collect
A first-party analytics beacon records anonymous events on our own infrastructure — page views, UI interactions, performance timings. The beacon does not write a persistent identifier into your browser before you sign in.
For each session we keep: a non-reversible device fingerprint hash, hashed IP (rolling salt, country-level geo only), referrer, user-agent, and the events you fire. We never collect form contents, free-text inputs, or anything that looks like personally identifiable information.
If you sign in to a beta workspace (Phase 3 onward), we additionally store your email, a bcrypt password hash, an encrypted session token, and a TOTP secret if you enable two-factor.
Retention
Analytics events are kept for 730 days by default, then deleted. Authenticated session records are deleted when the session expires or you sign out. Admin audit logs are retained for the life of the workspace because they exist for security investigation.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data tied to your account, ask us to delete it, or correct it. During closed beta the channel is the same as everything else — DM the founder on LinkedIn and we'll respond within 48 hours.
Where the data lives
Application data is stored with managed infrastructure providers under contracted data-processor agreements. Uploaded files are stored through our own gateway. Backups are encrypted. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies before you sign in. Once you sign in, a single HttpOnly & Secure session cookie is set, scoped to the application surface; you can clear it at any time and we treat the session as ended.
Changes
This page will evolve as Martech LLC moves from closed beta to general availability. The Effective date in the meta column is the source of truth. We will not silently weaken protections — additions that materially change processing get a clear, dated notice.
