Martech LLC is a beta-stage product. This page explains, plainly, what we collect, why we collect it, and what we deliberately do not collect. If anything here is unclear, the founder is a DM away.
What runs in your browser
We run no third-party tracking or session-replay scripts in your browser — no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Mixpanel, no Segment, no chat-widget heat-mappers. Analytics run through the first-party beacon on our own infrastructure. Server-side tagging stays disabled unless its browser path is verified to remain first-party-only.
What we do collect
A first-party analytics beacon records anonymous events on our own infrastructure — page views, UI interactions, performance timings. The beacon does not write a persistent identifier into your browser before you sign in.
For each unauthenticated browsing session we keep: a non-reversible device fingerprint hash, hashed IP (rolling salt, country-level geo only), referrer, user-agent, and the events you fire. The first-party analytics beacon does not send form contents or free-text values.
If you submit a beta request, public grader audit, or product workflow, we store the fields needed to run and support that request: business email, brand domain, optional brand name, competitor domains, buyer prompts, report inputs, generated evidence, report links, user-agent, and abuse-prevention metadata. Public grader prompts and report inputs may be processed by contracted model and search providers to produce the report you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share that data for advertising.
If you sign in to a beta workspace (Phase 3 onward), we additionally store your email, a bcrypt password hash, an encrypted session token, and a TOTP secret if you enable two-factor.
Retention
Analytics events are kept for 730 days by default, then deleted. Authenticated session records are deleted when the session expires or you sign out. Grader reports, share snapshots, exports, evidence artifacts, and workspace audit logs are retained while they are needed for provenance, customer support, security investigation, or legal obligations. During beta, deletion and anonymization requests are handled manually through the rights process below.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data tied to your account, ask us to delete it, or correct it. During the beta the channel is the same as everything else — DM the founder on LinkedIn and we'll respond within 48 hours.
Where the data lives
Application data is stored with managed infrastructure providers under contracted data-processor agreements. Uploaded files are stored through our own gateway. Backups are encrypted. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies before you sign in. Once you sign in, a single HttpOnly & Secure session cookie is set, scoped to the application surface; you can clear it at any time and we treat the session as ended.
Changes
This page will evolve as Martech LLC moves from beta to general availability. The Effective date in the meta column is the source of truth. We will not silently weaken protections — additions that materially change processing get a clear, dated notice.
