These terms govern the closed-beta use of Martech LLC. They are deliberately short. A longer commercial agreement will replace them when the product moves to general availability.
Beta access
Access to Martech LLC during closed beta is by invitation. Invitations are personal, non-transferable, and we may revoke them with notice if usage falls outside reasonable bounds — for instance, sustained automated access intended to scrape the product itself.
Your data, your IP
The marketing data, briefs, decisions, and other artifacts you bring into the product are and remain yours. We claim no ownership and no perpetual license. You may export and delete your data at any time.
Our product, our IP
The Martech LLC product surface — code, UI, brand, intelligence layer, generated copy and frameworks unless explicitly attributed to you — is ours. Use it for your work; please don't copy it whole into a competing product.
Acceptable use
Don't use the product to harm users, evade security or rate-limiting, send unsolicited marketing, or generate content that would be illegal in your jurisdiction or ours. Don't reverse-engineer the security posture. If you find a vulnerability, see the security page for disclosure.
AI outputs
Martech LLC routes prompts through large language and generative models. AI-generated outputs are recommendations — they are not warranties of fact or compliance, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make from them. Where the product surfaces a confidence band, take it literally.
Availability & disclaimers
During closed beta we offer the product as-is, without uptime SLA and without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We'll keep you informed of incidents and meaningful breakage; we won't pretend they didn't happen.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, our liability arising from the closed beta is limited to the amount you paid for the closed beta — which, today, is zero. This isn't a cute clause; it's an honest reflection of where the product is in its lifecycle.
